Perfect outdoors shirt

I'm a fan of epaulettes/ shoulder boards on my shirts and wanted to add some to my wardrobe that didn't come with the price tag of military surplus. This shirt absolutely does the job. It's got a nice mesh material on the back as well to increase air flow which helps on warm summer days. It's a quality article of clothing (And there's two separate button holes to adjust to however you want your sleeves rolled up... the only thing this shirt is missing is a toaster!)
Officially unisex!

Well that's a weird fabric, isn't it? Almost...plastic-bag-ish? But not clingy, the way a plastic bag would be (not that I've ever worn a bag, but y'know); it just sure as heck SOUNDS like a plastic bag. I don't mind all that much, really, because the material is very lightweight and summer-approved. I'm actually a plus-size gal who loves men's workwear, so I buy a lot of shirts like this because they're often available in large sizes women's shirts aren't. My regular size in women's is 3x, so I got a 4x in hopes of ending up with something very oversized. It's roomy, but not quite as loose and breezy as I'd hoped. Still, it looks super cute with the last 3 buttons undone and the bottom tied into a knot at the waist. Obviously that's not the intended way to wear this shirt, but if your men's clothes can be worked into a woman's closet, I'd say you've got a success.
Perfect for our needs.

This is a great shirt. With some thoughts:
First- epsom green is more of a yellow green. It did not match the color we saw on our computer screen but was more of a yellow green. It is not Sage green or a light olive green. Thankfully my son liked the color and wanted the shirt bad enough that he decided he liked the color. Just note that it is not realistic to what you might expect for a men's hiking/fishing shirt color.
Second- the button holes are small. My son had a difficult time rolling up the sleeves and buttoning them by himself. I took a very fine pair of scissors and cut the holes just a little bit bigger (withouth completely cutting through the button hole threads) and that seemed to help.
My son likes clothes to be big on his frame. He likes lots of room to move around in and layer other clothing on. So when we read the reviews and read that the sleeves might be too small we were concerned. However we decided to try this shirt. I would say that the sleeves were perfect for his frame and did not seem to run small.
One of the things we really liked was that it had a mesh back with a place for air to move through in the back. My son does a lot of hiking with Boy Scouts and this is perfect for that. The sleeves button up. This is better than velcro in our minds because once they are buttoned you do not have to worry about them coming undone as you move around. This is a nice looking shirt that seems like it will hold up well to a lot of use.

Well vented for hiking

Love it. It's my first shirt of this type, I bought it for hiking, to protect from mosquitoes and ticks. I sprayed it with permethrin, it didn't take much, as it is thin, non absorbent nylon, like a tent. I don't think mosquitoes can bite through it with it's tight weave. It doesn't breathe, that's what the vents are for, and they work well hiking into the 80s. Do not expect to reap the benefits of the fabric if you wear a cotton undershirt(it would hold moisture against you it won't evaporate.), I didn't wear any, and evaporated out the vents well. I got a pair of unvented pants in this material for bugs, and got sweaty, raw legs, look for vents, or something, or long boxers.
Good shirt for outdoors

Got this at first for a quick Indiana Jones costume but it actually is an amazing work shirt. Helps keep the sun off my arms and keeps me cool.
