These ear plugs are packaged so that they stay dry and should last for many years.
I use each pair repeatedly, night after night, without any problem whatsoever in terms of dirt or germs. After many uses (perhaps 40 nights), they begin to wear out and tear.
The container has so many, that I simply throw out the pair that has torn, and grab a new pair.

They feel like wearing nothing in the ear: comfortable. They block out almost all the noise, and prevent me from having a conversation with anyone in the same room unless a person literally SCREAMS in my direction. This can cause social problems, because sometimes a person might think I am ignoring them but I simply cannot hear. But since the whole point is NOT HEARING, I love these ear plugs.

I don't think I'll need to buy another container of these, until I'm very very old.

I'm former Military and any little sound wakes me, I like these because it illuminates sounds and I can listen to my heart beat and fall asleep faster. Rated 4 star because I like the yellow ones a bit better for quality reasons they last a lil longer but these do work just fine.

I have used this product for years, but in the last 2 purchases the product has changed, it is harder, I wake up with pain in my ears. The sound suppression still works but they are no longer comfortable, I will have to change providers.

I feel these are the best value for the best earplugs. They're soft and easy to insert (even with arthritic hands).
It started with a snoring spouse decades ago, but now I just sleep better because any little noise wakes me without earplugs. I even use them on planes.
