Worked exactly as described for switching a DVD player for a hard drive. Switched drive in a acer 515.
However it did its job and so far the ssd is fine on the laptop though had to modifiy a bit ...

Impossible to remove the laptop bezel plastic , had to break it a bit. However it did its job and so far the ssd is fine on the laptop though had to modifiy a bit to keep the bezel in place.
