Does not keep the program that was installed. system indicates disarmed then you walk into the living room and the loud siren goes off. Remotes work some times. Not pleased. I will be purchasing a different system from a different manufacture.

Cons: How do I word this without offending....? Please hire a translator! 2 Weeks I have had this and still have no idea how it works. The instructions are absolutely horrible. I don't know if they are using an auto translator that doesn't compensate for context, or an illiterate/insane person wrote them but this is ridiculous. How much can it cost for a damn proofreader? I will update whenever I can find something to interpret the manual. This is unfortunately becoming way too common; however, if it's a simple product, I get the gist and I deal. This is a fairly complicated system that is expandable to a huge degree and I don't have the time to play guessing games.

Alarm is perfect for my needs, quick install, works with no issues. Seller is great, responds quickly when I had an issue with wifi and resolved problem. I also had a power supply fail and they are shipping a new one.
The system is simple to set up and connects via wifi so no wires. Also sensors and remotes are wireless and take about 15 seconds each to program and connect to system. The only wires are the power wire to the system which is a standard micro usb. Thats it. It has a battery backup built in. If you have an analog phone or magic jack, you can also set it to call any phone number and report the alarm. But with the notifications coming to the app, it's not needed unless you want your phone to ring when the system alarms.

constant connection loss

Base unit keeps losing connection with the strobe/siren. I have to keep taking it down off the ceiling and resetting the unit so that the base unit recognizes it. After doing this 5 times, I gave up. Just not using the strobe/siren at this time, especially since once you mount it somewhere, you have to take the cover off, remove the screws to get to the back and reset the unit. Thinking of just taking it all down and returning it.
