I expected that this would work seamlessly on a new windows 10 computer. Maybe its just windows 10 but so far I have not found it easy to use. I installed it twice thinking that maybe a file was corrupted but so far this program has been of limited usefulness. It will open word files but so far I have not successfully opened some old wps files. I guess I will have to bow down to microsoft and pay their exorbitant fee to get a program that works easily. It does do what it claims it will but it is difficult to access for someone who is not a computer nerd!

I have not yet had a chance to really use it. Just the Word Processing part of the program to open and edit old documents and have written one new one. So far very easy to use and compatible with my old office documents. Which made me very happy.

I am not the most tecnho-savvy guy around and I did need a little help getting my old program-- Office 365 -- to stay out of the way so I could use this one. The personalized service I have gotten was great. Tom responded right away and gave me help that made everything so easy! It was so much better than trying to get tech support from Microsoft -- which is virtually impossible.

I have loved the good service and great price -- and the user guides are actually easy to read and use!

The product arrived quickly and was easy to install. Now I need to play with it a while to see how everything really works and I will write a further review.

But so far I am very pleased. I plan to use this program to write my next book.

This is my second use of the product. I an over 70 years old so my computer skills are poor. My first use of product was not good because I did not fully read instructions. This, my second use, is much better since I read the instructions. I believe that I will get better and will come back and write a better review. So far I am happy I bought it.

Arrived in padded manila envelope with CD inside a cardboard holder. One page of instructions on how to load programs
from CD into your hard drive. Loaded and installed perfectly. Tested some Word and Excel files as well as a PDF. All
looked fine and could work on them as before on MS Office. Saved me over $100 as an alternative to having to
purchase MS Office 2016 as my previous version would not work in Windows 10. Previously, I was forced to use
my Acer Aspire Notebook, with a small 10" screen as it was a Windows 7 machine. Now I can enjoy using this
open source Office Suite on my Lenovo desktop Windows 10 machine with a 22" monitor. Thanks eWholesaledirect.

Works well it's a little difficult to install that it was much better than what I expected. Being an octogenarian I made it through without any real problem. I highly recommend this product especially for the month
