Had to use one the other day in an emergency situation. Was easy to open and use and served its purpose well.

Case is of decent quality though be sure to use different flat headed screws when mounting or it will not attach securely. Will work good to keep the bottle sanitary during storage.

2 Stars because whomever the engineer who designed this didn't think about how this works. The station snaps into a wall mounting bracket which mounts to the wall. They included round screw heads that stick out when mounting making it impossible to snap the station into the mount. The station falls off the wall. Using my own ingenuity I was able to get some flat screw heads to remount but that meant I now had 4 non usable anchors in the wall. These have to be removed and repaired adding time and money.
If they sent the wrong screws with this then you need to question their quality controls. Either way not impressed. It might seem trivial but there's nothing quite like mounting or building something only to find out you need to undo the whole thing and start all over.
If you aren't handy with extra screws and wall anchors available and want your eye wash station to work out of the box, avoid this one.

The mounting screws they sent with it have heads that are too big and prevent the box from snapping into the plate, so fined some better screws and your good to go
