So, for us ladies who are getting older...these are great. Some days you feel like you need a little protection and these liners definitely do it. Sometimes you sneeze or cough and you feel a little "˜p' come out and you're like, "oh no!" Well, with these you don't have to worry. They have great absorbency and stay where you put them. I have not had any hair pulled or skin tugged on either. I highly recommend these as they are discreet, absorbent, and help eliminate odor.
