Hard to get it tight enough to hold their head back without waking them up or them feeling too much pressure. It didn't fit well behind car seats that are rounded and not square, kept coming lose at the back.

It does the trick. I hate to see my son slumped over, so its worth to me to pull over the car and get out to pull this down over his forehead. Sure, it does come off, and doesn't always stay in place, but for the most part it works. Sometimes when my son wakes up, he feels a little "trapped", but he will move it up and over his head, and stop whining.
