This bag is perfect! I recently began meal prepping. Using a regular backpack was bothersome and inconvenient. After asking my gym friends and some friends that are personal trainers their recommendations, it was unanimous. They all said, "Get the 6 Pack Fitness Bag." This bag is worth every penny. If you are serious about meal prepping, this is worth the investment. The shaker bottle is great, the additional cup is great, the cooling packs are great.

I work in the military. There have been many days in which I would have to come into work early or work through lunch. This bag helps me be prepared for those days. Many coworkers have given me compliments on this bag and impressed with the size, look, feel, and quality of the bag and its containers.

As I eat one of my prepped meals, let me wrap this up with my recommendation. If you want a high-quality, sturdy, spacious, useful, and overall outstanding bag for meal prepping, buy this bag. It is 100% worth it.

I got this for my husband, so this is mostly a recitation of all the things he loves about this bag, with a couple personal remarks of my own.

While this is a little on the large size, that extra space allows for better organizing of food. He likes to pack enough food to get him through the workday. A lot of snacks, like carrots and grapes, with actual meals for lunch and sometimes dinner. The middle section has floating shelves for reusable food containers (four are included with the bag). They can also slide upwards, giving more room if you have taller food containers--the flip side is that you won't fit as many containers if you use taller ones.

The two side pouches are perfect for drinks, or other containers, like salad dressing, protein powder and shaker (one is also included), or smaller food containers for side items that you can stack up. There are also ice packs included that you can use to keep stuff cold, and dividers to keep things separated.

So while I think this is a little on the big side, my husband thinks it's perfect, and uses it everyday. To him, this allows him to bring healthy food with him to work, minimizing the likelihood of buying unhealthy snacks to get him through the day. And when he travels, this gets him through a day on the road without having to buy junk food along the way.

I love the concept of being able to carry all of your meals to wherever you go, but it is a pretty bulky item to carry around. I would have preferred to purchase the backpack instead.

Have had it for 3+ years now and still going strong. The lining material in the side compartments and separating but the main storage is going strong. For anyone who meal preps this is a must. I don't use the meal containers that came with it since they're pretty small and I took out the inside divider to for more room and work perfectly. Will be buying again when my current one gets retired or passed down.

I absolutely LOVE this lunch bag! I am going to begin my clean eating regimen and this bag in itself will help 100%. It came with the shaker bottle and also the 3 food containers. It had a vitamin box with it also!! I was curious about the strap because some people said theirs came with it and some said they didn't receive one and then others just didn't mention it at all. Well, mine DID come with the strap and it makes carrying it easier. It is a little bit bigger lunch box BUT it is the perfect size to hold all the food you need for one day. It looks and feels like a very high quality bag and I am happy with my purchase. I did the two day shipping and received it on time.
