I have no idea why I was sent used dirty hair!!??? BARF!!! Literally there is someone's hair with the follicle attached stuck in the adhesive! Could you imagine if I pulled this hair out in front of my client today???????? Omgggg. Now I have to reschedule her and she's going to very upset. No biggie, just my livelihood"¦ NOT COOL

So the company contacted me and let me know that Amazon actually fulfills the orders so they must have sent the wrong package obviously. They offered to rectify the situation by sending me new hair at no cost which I truly appreciate. I have used a Hair in the past and really liked it, it is the best one I've got from Amazon, as the hair is thick all the way through the ends unlike others I have tried

The customer service from GooGoo took the initiative to reach out to me after my review and offered a few solutions. One of which was to receive replacements. I chose this option as I really liked the color and feel of the hair. It honestly has an AMAZING first impression. However if you read the previous review I made, you'll know that once installed I felt the hair was too thin...

I received full replacements for my original order, the shipping was fast, but I had already installed another brand of extensions while I waited (which is the reason for a delay in update). I was really impressed with the customer service, really glad that they wanted to make it right. The extensions were packaged similar as before with lashes and spare tape.

The hair itself, again, makes a wonderful first impression. The color match is perfect for me, the hair silky and soft. I DID weigh the bundles and they were all 50g. So that's on point. There are meant to be 20 tapes per pack. My 14" pack had 20 tapes, my 16" had 21 tapes, and my 18" pack had 22 tapes. That's not really a complaint, but noteworthy, I suppose.

I do feel the adhesive is not perfect, but honestly I feel this way about all brands of extensions. Highly recommend buying your own tape.

So, the important part...After install, I am much happier with these extensions. Three packs gives me natural fullness and for whatever reason this set seems to be thicker than the last! I typically run my tape ins for 6-8wks and will update after some wear. :)

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love these extensions, really.
These extensions seem to have quite a few mixed reviews. I decided to give them a try....to be honest I'm a little disappointed...

The packaging was fine, everything was sealed and well kept. I also got free lashes with each pack and that was an amazing touch. They send spare tapes and care instructions as well.

My first impressions of the hair were really good. It's soft and silky, the color match for my hair was perfect, the weft itself is nice and slender compared to a lot of other tape in brands.

The disappointment happened after I started applying the extensions, it seems that the adhesive isn't the best, but that's something you can change out if you need, I'd buy my own tape if you're getting these. The sandwiches were coming apart almost immediately, I've never had that happen before.

The other huge disappointment is how thin the hair is. I am going for length, so I typically buy 3 50g packs of 14", 16", and 18" from another brand and it makes my hair the right thickness...these extensions seems so so so thin. They also had 1 unmatched weft in each pack which is odd... and I know some people are like, "well that's nice, they included and extra!" But if we're going for overall volume and weight, that's means that there is hair that will go unused (meaning part of that 50g), unless you prefer cutting your wefts.

I'm hoping I got a bad set, but tbh I'm not sure I'll buy again....who knows.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the platinum blonde option. First things first, for the price of the hair I have zero complaints. I decided to wait a WHILE to write my review so it would be as honest, and so I can comment on longevity etc. I received these may 17, and did them 3 days later. Today is the 23rd of June, and I've had them in for a month. In this time, I have only lost one sandwich (had to replace, not actually lost) and I'm using the original tape. I bought extra from reading reviews, so I have to say if you take care of the hair while it's installed,
I do think the tape that comes with them lasts perfectly. The number one issue I have reading these reviews are seeing how many people are trying to install these themselves. I'm no way, shape or form do I ever recommend doing this alone. Even the most skilled stylist doing this to their own hair will more than likely struggle to make sure the parts are clean, not too thick (too much hair for one sandwich) and evenly spaced. Not to say it can't be done, but I really recommend a second set of eyes with installation. That being said- the actual process is so easy. Part hair, stick sandwich, repeat. These do NOT need a flat iron to heat the sandwiches to your hair. I repeat they DO NOT, please do not do that lol. Like I said I've had them in one month and have only had to replace one sandwich. Another thing, please please please do not sleep with your hair loose. Pick a braid, twist- whatever is easiest, but DO IT. This is what causes them to get knotted and/or cause damage to your natural hair. Just think about it, if your hair is loose and you're tossing and turning on them at night, it's asking for them to break loose, knot up, and create tension on your roots from holding onto your real hair. Do not ever leave hair loose for any kind of extension. If you twist/wrap/braid your hair every night I promise that also extends longevity. I colored mine custom colored to match my hair, and they took dye great.

The cons, this hair does split relatively easy. I try and keep product on them, but I swear they're as bad as my color treated blonde was in high school lol. It's not so terrible I don't recommend them, but I don't see them lasting over a year without being replaced that's for sure. Not the worst thing, with my next set I may try some better products suited for extensions specifically to see if that helps. Overall; for the price these are a must have. Make sure you properly install them, and make sure to keep your hair neat for bed (ps you. An get the heartless hair curlers for really cheap from Temu, shein and probably on here to wrap with at night. It's what I have) and keep a moisturizing product on your head and you're absolutely golden.

I am missing 4 pieces of hair. Only received 16 of the 20 that's supposed to come in the pack. Other than that it's great quality

UPDATE**** Great customer service..sent me a new pack of hair arrived 2 days later and multi follow up emails were sent to confirm i received the product and the correct quantity of hair.

Hair was very nice quality. And thick compared to other brands I've gotten. I ordered 3 of the 1b and 1 of the blonde color. They sent me 2 of the black and 2 different blonde colors. That was the only bad part but I'm not gonna send it back because it is an easy fix with hair dye. Other than spending some extra money on the hair dye, everything else was good and it came with lashes !!
