Product was very good for the value. I feel it slowly improving my health and well-being.
High quality seed, very high germination rate for jar sprouting.

I have been trying various foods for health benefits. I have a coffee grinder that does a splendid job of grinding seeds and spices. I find these seeds to be very clean so I can grind them for cooking, etc. I also enjoy growing sprouts in jars as another way to get fresh veggies from my hippie garden on the counter in my kitchen. These seeds began sprouting in less than 24 hrs. Two or 3 table spoons in a quart sprouting jar will produce plenty for 2 people at just pennies per batch. Today is day four and the sprouts are turning green from chlorophyll. They are delightful and crunchy. They are not, by nature, sweet and tend to be normally a little bitter. I enjoy them as fresh greens by themselves or sprinkled into a salad. I also like to drop fresh sprouts into a stir fry or soup, avoiding overcooking. These can also be stored for emergency food during a crisis as a legume or getting fresh sprouts to keep you healthy.
For DIY oil

I like the smell of these seeds so much that I might find recipes to work them into. For now, I am using them to make a DIY scalp and hair oil. I have some fenugreek oil that I bought and love because it keeps my grey hair in check! But it's very pricey. I tried making oil by grinding these seeds and soaking them in oil (olive oil for one batch and apricot for another). So far I'm not getting the strength I want. I think I am going to need to use some mild heat.
In the meantime, I do plan to use these in food somehow. The smell is really nice - nothing like the neem oil that I just cannot handle.
I think that for 2 pounds and such good quality (as far as I can tell), the price is really fair.

Never tried this before and made tea out of it so I could reduce my risk of diabetes. I was really surprised by how delicious it is all on its own! Nutty and I added some honey to it and wow it's like maple syrup! I really enjoy this and it has so many health benefits! Great brand! I would definitely get again after this bag runs out! :)
