Much appreciated customer service.

Update: CNZ audio was very quick to respond to this issue and completed resolved the situation. They were very courteous and professional in their response to the initial broken transmitter/receiver. The device was replaced and is the quality I was hoping for.
I will certainly consider them again when shopping for gear.
Cheers!
It worked for all of 2 hours.
The devices paired to each other. The sound, range and battery life were as advertised.
The batteries did not fit well in the devices. This should have been a red flag, but I was excited to use my purchase.
Once the batteries were in, the device would not close tightly, so I was forced to put a small piece of tape on a brand new, out-of-the-box product.
I was pleased for about 2 hours until the battery died, as expected.
Then I went to remove the transmitter from my guitar. The 1/4" jack plug came apart, leaving a piece stuck in my guitar. I had to remove it with pliers. I noted the receiver also had a VERY poorly made 1/4" jack plug. After very slowly removing it from my amp, I noticed it too started to pull apart. I have used cords for over 20 years and am well versed in how to properly plug and unplug gear. This isn't some "im mad because i used it wrong" review.
Other than the potential to damage other gear and being a generally cheap it worked "as advertised" I wouldn't recommend buying it if you plan on using it more than once.

my son loves this!
A simple, Plug-and-Play system. Why wasn't this thought of sooner?!!??

The ¼" Wireless Transmitter and Receiver from CNZ Audio is outstanding. I have experienced complete clarity, and no latency in the sound. The battery life is decent, I'd say you could get through 2-3 gigs per set of AAA's. With that said, I highly recommend rechargeable batteries. I purchased a 12 pack and I keep the 6 extras in the section where the included AAA's came. I think the low battery indicator (green light) is a very good feature. It kicks in earlier rather than later, but I wouldn't take your chances and try to make it through a set. Overall, the build quality is perfect. There is no looseness in the 1/4 Jack, and all parts of the unit fit perfectly together. My main concern for a product like this would be damage when attached to your instrument, but of course if you are careful then you shouldn't have any issues. With that said, I highly recommend this product!
Device works great, but the transmitter seems to drain the batteries ...
Amazon Customer•April 18, 2017
Device works great, but the transmitter seems to drain the batteries fairly rapidly. Trying to do a little testing to see just how long the 3, AAA batteries actually last in the transmitter.
Best wireless system I've seen
Nate Wieland•March 12, 2017
Best wireless system I've seen. With decent batteries they last about 4 hours between charges. I was able to jump around freely with no lost in tone or delay issues. I ran out of bar at a medium sized venue and didn't run out of range of these puppies. I highly recommend them.
