Fast service, reasonable price, and sturdy packaging to save year to year. I love the hand painted doves, crystals and colored enamel on this menorah. It feels like a piece of jewelry. However, I took off one star because the candle wax will drip unless you buy dripless candles, which may be hard to find and/or more expensive. Why couldn't you add little cups or protectors outside of each opening that would prevent the candles from dripping, thus protecting the beauty of this beautiful piece? It would be a nice upgrade.

Really like that it is a beautiful piece with crystals. Just make sure you look at the dimensions and are aware if it's size. It's not tiny, just wish it was a couple inches bigger.
