Buyer beware of defective and crooked pins

I was hoping the negative reviews were wrong when I ordered this product. Unfortunately, there were pins that didn't have heads on them and most of the pins are crooked. Additionally, the pins are very short..,shorter than advertised

These are so pretty at the end of an earring. They are very nice and just as described.

As some other people have said most of them were bent when I received them but that didn't effect my purpose for them. They are very pliable which works great for my need and makes them much easier to wrap than some other head pins I've used.
