It really sticks. I have to scrape it lightly off with my fingers at the end of the day but I love that it works. I don't have to reapply throughout the day. What I do not like is that sometimes it settles in the tube and only a clear liquid comes out before the real adhesive comes out. It separates. So I have found that if you squeeze the tube back and forth a few times before using so as to mix the contents the problem is solved and the adhesive comes out like adhesive :)

I have quit using this product. It started building up on my dentures and the only way to get it off is to literally scrape it off. Not in a good way. It was like the dentist left some liner on the denture and wouldn't wear off.
When I see an advertisement for denture adhesive that says "all day hold", I have to try it. I have tried almost every single type for my uppers and lowers, trying to see who can actually back up what they claim. And all have failed. And yes, I've had liners AND have been relined. Every single one of them let go after 4hrs without fail.

This adhesive on the other hand can ALMOST do what it says. When applied properly, the upper partial will not let go. So far they stay held down for 12hrs. The lowers however still let go after 4. Maybe it's just me. Maybe I produce an enzyme that eats at the adhesive. Who knows. Al only speaking from my experience.

You will however need to be aware that this glue "tingles" while it sets. If you have sensitive gums this probably isn't for you. It's not an unbearable feeling, but you can definitely tell there's a chemical on your gums. Honestly to me it tastes like most dentist offices smell"¦

I will probably still have to use 2 adhesives but it will most likely I'll save money in the end because it holds the top denture all day. I was going through a tube of the competition every 7-10 days. And again, yes my dentures are fitted right.

I have partial on top and full lower dentures. Since I have barely any gums for my lower having dentures stay in has been a horrible experience. I have been unable to eat foods that I love like popcorn or a good steak. With ever other adhesive, popcorn would get under my lower dentures and when I took the next bite I would be biting in pain because the popcorn got under the dentures. With the steak, the adhesive would always allow the dentures to come loose so I wasn't able to chew the meat. Thanks to this adhesive I am able to eat both. This adhesive truly lasts all day! I won't lie, there is a chemical taste when I put them in even if I let them sit for a few minutes before I put them in but the taste doesn't last long and I feel that's a small price to pay and very worth it because the product works so well. I do have to use bottom liners as well so I can't tell you how they would wear with the product alone but since this is how I've always done it and none of the other adhesive have lasted nearly like this, I can't imagine it would be different with the adhesive alone.
I don't take my bottom dentures out at night and only soak them while I'm getting ready in the morning and it is kinda hard to remove any leftover adhesive but again for a product that works so well, it's worth the extra cleaning. I am going to try the other Secure adhesive that has aloe vera and Myrrh in it and am praying that it works as well as this one does.

To start, this product really REALLY works!!!
I've been mostly not wearing dentures for the past 15 years. I wound up not wearing them because nothing I'd used to hold them would work. I have had 3 different sets made over the years, had them all relined, then relined again and still no luck. They would always become lose no matter what over the counter product I tried to get them to hold. Even just wearing them for show was worthless. I just gave up wearing dentures totally because the aggravation wasn't worth it. Ugly old fart stays even uglier.
Saw the Secure on Amazon and figured I'd give it a shot. I can eat peanuts and cashews now.
This stuff holds and I mean really holds. I have an under bite which moved my bottom jaw around so much that my dentures always became lose. Even puffing on a cigarette would cause enough suction to make my uppers flop around. I don't have that happen anymore.
It takes a few days to figure how to place this product just on the right places on your dentures. Be patient. Once you know, you can keep them in place for a long time. I go for over 24 hours without any problems. Now my dentures always sit tight.
When you take your dentures out, clean them thoroughly. Get a good cleaner and denture brush. Soak them overnight and then clean and dry them thoroughly. Then reapply the Secure.
I never thought I'd have peanuts and cashews ever again. I was wrong. I might be old geezer, but at least I'm an old geezer with "teeth."

I have tried everything from Equate adhesive, Poli-Grip, Poli-Grip Super, Poli-Grip powder, Cushion Grip.a This is by far the best adhesive and it's not that hard to remove from your mouth. I horseshoed my dentures and this product easily keeps them in all day, and I have finally been able to eat hard shell tacos with no problem. With the other products, I had to scrape and pull for a long time to finally remove the adhesive. With this product, I was quite surprised how easy it was to remove the adhesive from my gums. And it is zinc free!
