Love this towel rack! Had an issue in that unique bathroom had no wall for a standard bath towel rack. This was the perfect solution; we hung it on a slim wall just outside of the glass shower. It holds two large bath towels tri-folded; it would hold three hand towels as well. I don't think it is quite large enough to hold a third bath towel. It really did solve a big problem. Beats the free standing rack that took up too much room.
For two people this is a perfect fit.

We re-did our master bath going back to the studs. The new design left no space for a towel bar, rack, etc. This has been our saving grace.
I only have 14 inches for a towel area. No bath towel would work on that small an area; it would always need to be folded and would wind up smelling and always damp. Good towel rack. I like the plastic bushings to make for a quiet, smooth motion when rotating each arm.
Hardware was bad. Pulled out of drywall after only two months. I replaced with drywall toggle bolts, 1/8"x2" and will not go anywhere now.
