I'm so excited to have found this product!! I try to cook/eat grain-free as much as I can, so to find these ORGANIC chickpea "breadcrumbs" was like finding a gold mine. No, it's not like your regular wheat breadcrumbs, and yes, they do need to be seasonsed, which is super easy, but they are a great alternative to anyone who is desperately trying to feed a 6-year old homemade chicken nuggets. ðŸ˜

They take over the taste of everything. Aromatically, they seem like they will work just like bread crumbs. Once added to anything I have made, however, the food tastes only like the chick pea crumbs. Major disappointment.
