Very sturdy, dependable leash

Great leash. I have a rescue who broke two retractable leashes before I got this one. After four months this frayed beyond repair, so I contacted the seller, who replaced it, as per the card that was included. Not sure if he still replaces them b/c that's got to be costly, but he did for me when I contacted him through Amazon message center. Now I never worry about my pup getting loose again.

Bought it for my elderly mother to use with her new dog. She loves the leash, saying its the nicest one she has ever used. I appreciate the seller contacting me to ask me about it. Seems like a very customer service oriented business from a by gone era. Its unusual to have good service in this current market of cheap goods and impersonal to no service. We will see how well it holds up and if it fails; the lifetime warranty integrity.

I have been using this leash daily for 2 months now. It seems to be holding up very well. It has not gotten stuck or tangled in the mechanism and has been strong enough for my almost-50 pound basset hound (who can be a real force when he's on a scent trail)! The handle is very lightweight and the button is easy to use.

I've used this several times and it works fine. The lock/unlock system is not intuitive but how many combinations are there before find the one you want. I'm sure I'll have it down in a few days. Form and function-wise it is great. Tape lease with a solid lock. My Westie is 18lbs so no serious challenge plus the leash is just for looks and leash laws.

Got it in the mail today. Love it ! And right on top of the package, first thing you see, is instructions on how to get it replaced or refunded if it ever breaks. A lifetime guarantee that the company emphasized right on top of the package. That's a company I will buy from again and again.
The leash itself is high quality and well built. Fits my big 'ol hands just right. Tape is strong nylon and retraction is fast and responsive. I have probably been through a dozen retractable leashes over the years and this one is the best quality I have ever seen.
