Very helpful for learning a new technique
Jake McKee•March 7, 2018
I bought several of these cards, so this is largely the same review as those. Overall, very pleased. This is exactly what I needed to get a sense of what combo of what activities I could/should do for various types of workouts. I actually sort through them before a workout, lay them out on the floor and start working against them. Very helpful.
These cards are perfect - large and sturdy

I'm new to TRX bands and generally know how to use them but have trouble coming up with more than a few exercises. These cards are perfect - large and sturdy, with clear instruction.
Very useful as is, with a few tweaks could be even better

Overall am happy with these cards -- they've been useful toward adding suspension exercises to my workout regimen.
Here's what I like:
The exercise diagrams are clear and each card has a good description of how to set up.
They cover a good range of exercises and muscle groups.
You can choose and the exercises you want for a workout and lay out the cards on the floor in the sequence you want to do them.
They're big enough to follow the exercise diagrams while working out and compact enough that the deck fits in the bag with the straps when traveling.
Workout cards cover a variety of objectives -- I typically create my own workout based on time available and what areas need work, but the workout cards are helpful for planning -- especially when starting out.
What What would make them better...
They are grouped (numerically) by muscle group, but are all the same color. It would be helpful if the different groups also had different title colors to make it easier to get them back with the right group after a workout.
Each card has an graphic human figure which highlights the muscles worked. This is quite helpful, but the graphics are two tone grey and gold which don't stand out from each other so you have to look pretty closely identify the muscles involved.
Overall, though, these are a useful aid for suspension training.

Nice!

First impression was I thought these cards would be more like playing card size but that's okay. They're a little larger and contain plenty of info. Font is a bit small on one side and the other side shows picture example of exercise. I think this helps with the way people learn. If you're not a visual person and it makes sense reading it then you can understand how to do the exercise or reading it doesn't work and the pictures are easy to understand. Either way, it's easy to understand. I have yet to use them in a workout but I think they'll work nicely!
Yay
