Our cat was in bad shape. (bad heart, supposed cancer and sugar) Vet said enjoy your time with him and did not recommend treatment. Well, we found this for his sugar and after 6 months on the drug he is still going. He eats like a horse now and is more stable in his walking. (before I could push him over by slightly pushing his back end. This along with a low carb diet appears to have helped. He has good days and bad days but the good days are more frequent now. He gets 25 ml 2X per day. Thank you for this medicine. It has extended his life.

About 4 years ago a black cat showed up on my doorstep, hungry and thirsty. I had no idea that cats could be diabetic. After a week or so of his incessant water consumption, I decided to take him to the vet and have him checked out, it appeared he had decided to stay. Vet diagnosed him diabetic, suggested high proteen no carb diet, and insulin. I immediately went on line and found Pet Wellbeing Blood Sugar Gold. Like a lot of the reviews, I was skeptical when purchasing this product, but so far so good! It has only been two weeks, but we started seeing an improvement with our kitty Josh within a few days. He got a lot perkier and actually had energy to want to play. He's put on some weight which is wonderful. Though he is still a bit wobbly on his haunches, he's using them more and more and loves to kick you with them when you rub his belly. I am so happy we made this purchase.

I have a 16 yr. old cat that has diabetes. she eats a lot and pees a lot and drinks a lot and is only 2 lbs. I took a big leap of faith for $38.00 It stinks and your cat might not eat or take it so after they eat give them the drops 2 drops for every 2 lbs. they weigh. the first night her heartbeat and breathing was very heavy. An hour or two after she relaxed. Apparently I gave her too much be careful on how many drops you give your dog or cat. So now she is leaping from counter to counter. No it is not a miracle drug but she went from "Is today the day she dies" To nope not today oh one day will be her day but if your cat has diabetes get this. I am glad I did

Recently my cat was diagnosed as being diabetic. (if your cat is drinking a lot, peeing a lot and peeing in other spots than the kitty box your cat may be diabetic. Another sign is having them dropping from their toes on their back legs down to the first joint. It's neuropathy in the legs. I guess its a huge sign that my first vet missed. Also, significant weight loss without trying to.) I add this to his food and he seems to like it. It's supposed to help the insulin work better. Anything that will help him feel better, I will gladly use. Also, I use Ultimate Protein from Instinct the RAW brand as his kibbie food (sold on Amazon). Much cheaper than the food from the vet and according from the manufacturer, it's 12% carbs. Also, fancy feast classic is a great cheaper option for food for them to eat. This has been a hard learning curve with not much help from my vet. I think we are on the up side of this getting his numbers stable.
