Love the product but not the flaws.

The part that goes on keyring comes off literally all the time! Not sturdy enough to even stay on key ring..lame.
Not great for keychain use but good build.

It is well built but it is a bit clunkier than expected. The key chain connection is awkward and the size and weight is slightly more than expected. I had originally thought I would add it to my key chain but that is not realistic. I think a few improvements would go a long way including a new connection for the key chain loop, adding a real pen and perhaps shrinking the whole thing just a little. if so the applications could be more. It is built very well and if you are going to put it in a pouch for EDC, leave in a bag or the car, it will be great. Just not a key chain application as I hoped for.
Another quality SOG product.

Neat little tool to keep in your car that takes up no room at all.
Poor quality, waste of money!

Ferro rod broken. Unscrewed unit for the first time after opening package, rod fell out in pieces. For the price not worth the hassle of a return. Evidently not worth purchasing to begin with. Definitely would not recommend, unless I really didn't like the person, but probably not even then, can't think of anyone I dislike that much.
Keyring comes off

I do not recommend to put this in your keyring. I lost it three weeks ago, and a friend found it when we cleaned my car today but the ring or clip that holds it is missing.
