This solves the problem of the hard seat!

We have used a Schwinn 230 bike for a couple of years. During that time I have tried at least two other cushions that were not satisfactory. When you look at the seat your first reaction will be that the shape is not the same. But the drawstrings and the flexibility of the cushion adjust for that and gives you a comfortable seat. This is large enough, it stays in place and does the job. My wife has ordered one for her bike also.

It has been very uncomfortable to get in 30 minutes on my recumbent bike. Now I can easily get to forty five minutes and enjoy the workout. My "ASS" is very appreciative for this "cushion seat". See before and after pictures attached. The cushion is different size than my actual seat, but the "draw string" helps make it as snug as a bug. ...now go hug a homeless dog today, ...then keep it!

The seat fits my recumbent bike pretty well. I have sciatica so I was hoping to get a little more padding near the leg than what the original seat on the Schwinn provides. I would have like it to have been just a bit thicker, but it works for what I need. I has improved my results on the bike by letting me use it longer at a time.

I wish I could say this eliminated all the pain, unfortunately it does not. I think it is better. I can ride longer before the pain hits my back side and I can shift around a bit and get relief. In one of the reviews I read someone suggested putting a memory foam neck pillow underneath. Have to try that, hope it works.

I order this seat cushion to go on the back of my Schwinn bike I bought. The back seat rest is hard plastic and they've designed it to have a lumbar support. It's terrible. Rubbed a red raw spot on my spine. I bought this cushion to wrap around the top part of the seat. It's not a complete snug fit but with the elastic tie string it works!! Definitely much more comfortable for me now! :))
