Helpful but falling apart

Is what it is - sandpaper.
For homeowners doing drywall corners are a huge challenge and this product (and ones like it) make the process simple.
I was however disappointed in how quick the foam ripped and tore where you hold it. A different brand used years ago went on and on without breaking. Shame I cannot remember what brand that was.
