Beautiful but lots of loose threads

This was perfect and beautiful except the back. There were loose threads that made it almost impossible to zip the zipper up and down, which is a shame because it's beautiful but it does get hard to zip. Other than that it's definitely NOT cheap material. The bow is adorable!

I bought this dress for my two and half year old daughter. Dress arrived flat/folded in plastic bag. I am sure with a little work I could get dress to fluff. However, I returned this dress due to tulle felt cheap and scratchy, but should have expected for $14 dress. Also, I was not a fan of the safety pin type detachable bow. I was afraid she (or another child) could pull bow off and have a sharp straight pic injure them. Bodice applique was pretty, and loved the sheer back material which I could not see well in pic. This was for her first Daddy/Daughter Dance and I decided to look for an alternate dress.
