WOW! What a company. Upon receiving my initial order, there was a problem that amazon created. Upon eGeeTouch/DIGIPAS TEHNOLOGIES INC learning of my issue, I was sent a replacement unit immediately and allowed to keep the partially functioning unit!

This is a great product for those who loves technology gadgets.
The app is simple and responsive to unlock the padlock. The smart tag is handy when frequent unlock is needed (and it is much lighter than normal key).
It also has USB port to provide external power just in case the battery is flat when it is locked.
The padlock is heavy and seems to be strong enough for normal abuse.
It is a good looking padlock which may attract curiosity (may/may not be a good thing for a padlock). So if the look is not a priority for you, it is recommended to reverse the pad when locking.

Purchased this bluetooth lock for our rental storage, its very easy to setup on your phone, just follow the user manual and only take me few min to set it up, it very strong and reliable feeling then other brand, I mainly use the NFC chip to unlock the lock, if i forgot my NFC chip, i can also use my phone or smart watch to open it.
if you are looking for a regular lock and dont like to bother with the new tech, then this is not for you
but if you are looking for a bluetooth lock that work with both your phone and watch with NFC chip include, look no farther

Cool idea but kind of wonky execution

I love this lock. I use it at the gym and after a really hard workout sometimes fine motor control can be challenging when I'm really tired/breathing heavy. That being said I'm always afraid I'm going to lock my phone up and the watch and nfc tags are unreliable.

The eGeeTouch Smart Padlock is good (hardware). The instructions manual that came with the lock are basic. You have to find detail information online. The app for the iPhone needs some improvement.
