For years, I have been making Chinese Dumplings by hand and it has always required patience and hard work. Being a creative person, I was drawn to this beautiful ravioli maker. Knowing a lot about metals, I could see that It looked well made. I ordered 2 different sizes and have had so much fun making my favorite oriental dumplings. It works well with pie dough and pizza dough. I am so happy that I found these wonderful stainless steel tools on Amazon. I honestly can not imagine anyone being unhappy with this simple and well made device.
