The instructions for installing it are unhelpful. All I can see is the side of my head. I regret buying it. The mirror is cheap, too.
Objects in mirror...are really tiny

I had a great view of how gray my hair is getting. If you have long hair you must have it tied back or it will block all vision. While the mirror itself isn't super small, I had a hard time seeing if that was a car or a shadow behind me, and if there was another rider behind me I could not see around them no matter what. It will be interesting to use with my hair pulled back, but I was impressed that it did not block my forward and or peripheral vision. This is my first and only mirror I have ever used, I wanted a mirror for my helmet because I have multiple bikes I use depending on where I'm riding, but I think I may be better off getting a mirror for each bike.

Approximately twice the lense size of their competitiors' original. I also really like the fact that the mirror stays with the helmet and not on the glasses.
Good construction, but not very adjustable

This is nicely put together; the mirror end of the rod has a very nice rotating joint, and everything seems to hold well. The problem is that the mount end of the rod can only be moved up and down, not side to side, so you're stuck with the direction of the helmet surface you mount it to. I wasn't able to get it to a good location; no matter what I did, the rod was in the way of my vision. I even tried bending the rod, but to no avail.

A second problem was the springiness of the rod, plus the weight of the mirror and the elasticity of the Velcro, which led to significant vibration of the mirror while riding.
Mirror comes with protective film that is very difficult to see
Karl C. KaukisFebruary 9, 2018
Originally thought that the product arrived with the mirror so scratched as to be unusable. Then, discovered that the mirror was covered with protective film that was scuffed. Removed the film and the mirror was fine. Film was very difficult to see and took considerable prying to realize that it was actually there.
