For the $500 I was expecting better construction. The splash pan is a joke, had to tape it on. Has a wobble. Plastic is brittle.

I'm new to pottery but I can still tell a good level - high-quality bat. You get 2 bats with the order and at $19 it's almost like getting one free. Both of mine were flat and level and works great on a Brent. The nubs on the underside mates with the pin holes just fine and I've had no problem getting them to pair up. They ride very secure and the 11" size makes them small enough to put on a shelf while you wait for the (whatever you made) to dry. I like the size and the quality and will be stocking up on these.
