This desk base goes higher than any of the others I could find, so I was able to get a treadmill underneath one (Exerpeutic 100XL High Capacity Magnetic Resistance Manual Treadmill). I have another with a FitDesk Under Desk Elliptical Trainer underneath it (see photos).

I had tops made from recycled wood by a local craftsman. They look great in my new home office.

One of the best purchases I have made this year. Before buying I was looking at around 6 other motorized desks and I found this desk to have the most features and the best value. To be honest, I was worried about it being wobbly or having a "wobble" from side to side as some reviewers mentioned but ! That is not the case for my Jarvis desk ! There is barely any play from side to side ! Granted, I took my time and re-measured but all in all, no play ! I have about 40lbs on it right now and at my preferred height there is no wobble at all. Assembly was super easy, instructions are straight forward and all the hardware fit properly ! The build quality is really good. The actual motorized control looks and functions great ! I'm equally excited about the table top I chose, I went with an Ikea "Linnmon" table top 59" x 29" Black/Brown model and it looks amazing, real business like, check out my picture ! I seriously can't find anything bad about this desk besides the warranty and to be honest the warranty isn't even bad, it's pretty decent at 7 years but I would have liked 10 or more, alright thanks guys hope you find the desk you're looking for.

At first I was frustrated because one of the motors was sitting incorrectly which preventing me from installing it. Eventually I managed to re-position the motor so that everything could go together. I thought about giving it 4 stars for the issues but once I had everything together I loved it way too much!

It does shake a little bit when at standing height, however I have an 8 foot IKEA counter-top attached to it.

Been using this for a few weeks now, and I'm very pleased. I paired this with a super cheap Ikea Linnmon top, which I'm not convinced will last, but for $30 is hard to beat, and I won't mind replacing whenever it does go. This Jarvis base, however, I expect to last quite well! It moves quickly and smoothly without too much noise, and the presets are great for accurate and repeatable height adjustment. I've only set two, but they're super easy to change, and the little digital LCD height readout looks great. It's hard to believe this was one of the lowest price options I found because it feels quite well made and looks very polished.

I'm about 5'9", so my standing height is nowhere near the top of the limits, but I have not experienced any amount of wobbling while standing that could pose even a mild distraction.

If you're looking for a sit/stand desk with great features at a reasonable price don't hesitate on this one. I'd definitely buy again.

They misdelivered the first one, but the second one was here the next day and it works awesome, currently supporting a 2 foot by 8 foot desk made of 3/4 inch MDF and 1/4 inch plexiglass with black leather sandwiched between the layers.

On top of this is 3, 27 inch monitors each weighing in at about 15 pounds held up by the Deluxe Triple Monitor Stand Desktop Clamp Supports up to 3 28"(002-0019) and my stereo receiver, various items, speakers keyboard etc. It runs up and down without issue from my standard sitting height of 30 inches to my standing height of 44.4 inches. See attached picture for my amazingly cluttered desk standing nice and tall.

The safety features have protected my 80 pound lump of a dog when my 3 year old tried to lower it down on her.

The reviews that complain of it rocking, I don't know what they are doing, but like I said, I have a lot of weight on this stand and it has no side to side movement, the only movement it does have is forward to back and that is only if I lean against it. Perhaps they aren't locking down the hardware like it needs to be?

Overall this is an awesome desk base and for the price it imply cannot be beat.
