I'm always a little skeptical when trying products like this, but I was pleasantly surprised even after the first day with this tea. I immediately noticed a difference in my sugar cravings and appetite. My bowel movements were more frequent right away, but really noticed this teas effects by day 4 ( if you know what I mean 😅.) I'm only on day 5 but overall I'm feeling great!

I was very excited when I ordered this product. A friend recommended it, and it worked better for her than it did for me. It didn't work immediately for me, it took 5 days (I almost gave up) until I started detoxing. I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that I have constipation problems, but so does my friend and she never had a problem with it. I guess like everything, it works differently for every one. The morning tea tastes good the night tea doesn't really taste like much to me. I didnt lose any weight at all, but I did stopped feeling blowed. After I finally started detoxing I felt good. I am still thinking about buying some more to give it another try. I would say yes! Is good for detoxing, but no I don't believe you can actually lose weight.
