We needed a cupholder for a one scooter and the options are wide and varied with little rhyme nor reason. So why this one?
1) It holds two beverages
2) It installs in seconds
3) It cost 20% less than the competition
Now, it won't solve world Peace and there is no gaurentee that prepping that extra beverage will attract the person of your dreams, but if it does not, you have a second beverage to console you in the quiet dusk of the evening of your life as you witness happiness drift passed you at a pace greater than your scooter can manage.

After having ankle surgery and doing through the no weight baring period. I bought myself a pink knee scooter and these very sturdy cupholders in pink. I was at first going to attach them to my wheelchair I had, but then decided to put them on my knee scooter instead. The cupholders will not move no matter where you put them. I like that they come in a variety of different colors. Not only can you use them to hold drinks, but they're great if you have to carry other items like pens, or spare change. As for size, if you go to a fast food place just keep in mind these cupholders won't hold your extra large drink or any of the really wide waterbottles they sell in the vending stores.

All I wanted to do was read in bed and have a place to set a glass of wine. A place where the wine wouldn't spill on the bed. The dresser is too far away but there isn't room for a nightstand. There is a floor lamp next to the bed, so I started searching for something that I could clamp or bolt to the lamp pole that would support a pound or two of glass and liquid.

I had to push hard to get the clamps to open, and that means that the cup holders are tightly attached to the pole. They are also close enough to the pole that there isn't any question of the cup holders and contents over-balancing the floor lamp. It's rock-solid.
I put on my jammies, poured glasses of wine and water, set them in the cup holders, and got into bed with a book, two cats, and a boyfriend (who is happy not to hear me complaining anymore about the lack of a place to put my glass). I'm happy, he's happy, even the cats are happy.

This cup holder is incredible. I literally had to try several times to get the spring tension hooks to open because they are so strong. I have attached it to a wheelchair for outings to the mall and the zoo. It is incredibly difficult to push the chair and have a drink in hand, so this will come in handy. I like the fact that the base unscrews and comes out so that if i want to take an umbrella, I have a place to keep it. I love the double cup configuration since it has double-duty usefulness. The quality is great and it came quickly and well packaged.

A cup holder should not make someone as happy as this thing does! Sure its a little expensive compared to other cup holders but this one is so much more versatile and well built.
I am using it on a mobility scooter, aka Electric Convenience Vehicle ECV. It clamps right onto the front tiller bar. Convenient to hold drinks (of course), snacks, keys, and even portable battery packs for charging my phone. It doesn't get in the way of my knees, I don't even have to remove it when I fold the tiller bar down for transportation.
I'm going to get one for my cousin who is a drummer because I think it would be really useful for that application too!
