So happy with this it's not funny

I was not expecting such a difference in sound quality, but WOW.

I had bought a ridiculously cheap (like, $8) transmitter off Temu months back and had been using that all this time, until this. And my God, it's like I am hearing music for the first time, again. So much depth and richness and much much louder (capable). So happy with this I can't begin to say.

It's also super easy to use. Standard set up with these transmitters

I also really like that after I turn my car on and the device pairs, I don't have to pull out my phone and open it up to start the music. All you have to do it press the main button on device to start it up. It'll pick up where your media left off. I dig it. Would've been nice to just auto start, of course, but this works well also!

Different strokes for different folks!
Great for abilities and price

Occasionally sound quality went bad or got spotty, but I assume that was due to my fm connection at the time and speaker quality in car. Overall, worked as reported and brought great bluetooth functionality to a car for cheap compared to otherwise expensive alternatives. Absolutely great for a budget and would recommend to those looking for bluetooth capabilities but unable to afford aftermarket headunits
I’M STREAMING NOW! LOVE IT.!!!.

OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I'VE BEEN LIVING W/OUT THIS! It's so easy to set up. RADIO.LOCATOR will tell you the empty stations in your zip code. I pre-set it as a station so when I want to listen to the radio I can easily go back to transmitter. It's COMPLETELY CLEAR of any sounds other than the music I'm streaming! My 06' Buick La Crosse is an "always on" power excess so it would be nice if the transmitter had an on/off switch. The usb on the transmitter charges my phone just as fast as it use to. I think the size & fit are fine. I can use the buttons w/no problems & read the led screen just fine too. WORTH EVERY PENNY & then some.!!!!.
Very good product, reasonable price

After getting a 2004 model car with no USB port and no Bluetooth, it was recommended to me to buy an FM converter. I did some searching on Amazon, read a lot of reviews and decided on this one. The reviews did warn that there is no off button on this unit. That means that the unit is drawing current even when the car is not running. It means that you must remove the unit from your cigarette lighter every time you get out of the car. This is going to cause unnecessary wear and tear on both the unit and the cigarette lighter overtime. That's the reason it only has four stars. If it weren't for that it would get a five star rating from me. Sound quality is good. It does exactly what I needed it to do as far as playing music from my phone through my car speakers. The other reviews were correct, I was not able to answer a phone call using this device, and while I can fast forward to the next song or rewind current song, I need my phone to change playlists, etc. But how much can you expect from a device for less than $20? I am very happy with this device and I would recommend it.
Nice, Handy unit! Fills the need!

Got my Nulaxy wireless Bluetooth FM transmitter a couple days a go. Packaging is nice! It comes with a short auxiliary cord, short direction card, and the unit itself. Used it first in my 1994 Chevy Silverado pick-up. Plugged it in to the cigarette lighter and it turned on showing my trucks voltage, started talking and saying, "Waiting for paring." (I already turned the Bluetooth on in my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone). Once it was paired, it said, "Paired." I located an unused FM channel, tuned the transmitter to the same channel, and voila! Clean, clear reception. No hiss, no channels bleeding over. Worked like a charm! As far as using it in my Silverado, It was a little frustrating that I could not turn off the unit when I turned off my truck; as my cigarette lighter still has power to it after the truck is turned off. I like that it still has power to the cigarette lighter plug when the truck is off, but in the case of the transmitter, not so much. It would be nice to be able to shut the unit off somehow manually, if the vehicle doesn't. It would also be a nice feature to be able to control the blue display lights. If the unit had a dimmer or auto dimmer, I would like that! The lights are bright, but not to the point of being overly distracting- at least the way my truck is set up. Other vehicles may have an issue with it if the cigarette lighter is higher up. My three vehicles it was not a problem! After working with it on a drive, I found it was pretty easy to use. As long a my Bluetooth is on in the phone, as soon as I get back in the vehicle, it states that it is pairing and is ready to go! It's quite handy that I don't even have to reach for my phone to turn on the music. I just pressed the dial/button on the unit and it begins to play or pause without touching my phone. You can skip tracks with the next or previous button on the unit (I have my tunes on "shuffle" play). It's easy to pause by just pressing the dial/button. The response is immediate, as is the play after a pause. I received a phone call while driving. The phone rang through the truck speakers, and all I did was press the dial/button, and it answered the call. I asked the person on the other side if they could hear me O.K. They said,"They could, but that it was a little distant sounding." That is probably attributed to the fact that my truck isn't completely air tight anymore. Otherwise, the conversation went without issue. When the call was completed, I pushed the dial/button, and the music came back on where it left off! I expected the goose neck on the unit to be longer, but it is long enough to be functional. It would be nice however if it were about an inch to two inches longer; that is because the unit sits very closed to the cigarette lighter pull down drawer in the truck, and close to the shift handle on my Subaru Outbacks (Wife's car is an Outback sedan. Mine is a Outback wagon). Again, the only draw back so far is that there is no way to automatically turn it off if power remains on at the cigarette lighter- in my truck. And some sort of a dimmer would be nice. I don't drive much at night, so it's not that big of a deal.
I used the unit in both our cars (Subaru Outbacks) and it worked great in both cars. In the Outbacks, the power turned off to the unit as the power to the lighter turns off automatically in those lighters. In the Outbacks, though the goose neck is short on the unit, it does situate the transmitter right next to the center console shift handle, which places the unit right at your finger tips! You do have to move the unit over when putting the car in "park." The unit fits very snug in the lighter port and does require two hands to pull it out. I guess I like that it is snug because it does not move around at all when driving. It seems you can only pair one phone at a time. So if you have three phones with their Bluetooth on, it will default to the one it was last paired to. So, for someone to play their music, the last person using it has to turn of Bluetooth in their phone. That wasn't such a huge deal. On a night out with my wife and two teen kids, we took turns playing stuff from our respective music on our phones (three smart phones and one slide type keyboard phone). The music came through great, expect on the Slide Phone. I'm not sure why that was, but the quality of the Slide Phone was very "tinny" and did not have much bass coming through. It sounded like a bad AM radio station on that phone- but it did work! I'm now going t have to get something similar for my wife's car. While driving, a song came on that she didn't like, so she reached over and hit the "next" button intuitively, which kind of shocked me that she figured it out so quickly! In purchasing another one, I hope to find one that has the ability to turn it off on the unit vs. relying on the power turning off to the lighter. I'm not sure how much power it uses when the vehicle is off, but it probably isn't safe to leave it plugged in when leaving the vehicle. It is a little inconvenient, But I can live with it!
I bought the unit because my Subaru's don't have auxiliary jacks, so it met the need I wanted it for. My truck has an "Aux" jack, but now I don't need to baby that wire as people get in and out of the truck. I have always had to be aware of where the wire was for fear of someone yanking it out or putting pressure on the wire and bending it or breaking the jack. That worry is gone with this unit! It's portable and easy to move from car to car- though needing two hands to remove it from each. If any other issues come up, I will update my review. But so far, I'm pleased with it!
