I have been using this supplement for a few weeks and I love the energy boost that it gives me. I feel like this is a jump start in the morning for my metabolism. The taste is ok. I take this medication on an empty stomach every morning 30 minutes before meals because thats when I feel it is most effective.

I've got an autoimmune disease, which has really messed with my body. I ordered this product in the hopes of finding some balance and maybe coax my body into letting go of this excess weight. So far, so good. I feel more energetic. No weight loss yet, but I would recommend taking this with food and staying hydrated after taking it.

I've been using this for about 10 days now and I am really noticing how much more energy I have. I am usually sluggish and always wanting to get back in bed but lately I have a lot more energy and I'm way more alert!
