These are easy enough to use
Sumi Von Dassow✓ Verified Purchase•September 18, 2017
These are easy enough to use, but beware not to over-tighten the lids using these, as that can make the lids really really hard to remove. They should be called pickle nipples because that is what they look like and they puff up when the ferment really gets going and then if you squeeze them they may even squirt. I use these lids with glass fermentation weights but for some ferments such as sauerkraut I prefer to use a 4 ounce mason jar inside my wide-mouth canning jar and then I need a solid, non-flexible airlock lid to hold the little canning jar down.
Very pleased!

I home-ferment small batches of veggies for probiotic benefits. I don't often have something get funky, but I have had even fewer problems after starting to use these airlock lids. Very pleased!
They work very well, and are easy to use..

Along with the Pickle Pebble glass fermentation weights, these are awesome.. Before using this set up, we were experimenting with burping jars and we had a lot of failed ferments to heavy kahm yeast that way.. I went to look for a solution and found these. Basically once you pack the jars, pour the brine and place the Pickle Pebbles and Pipes, you can walk away until they are done. I bought several sets for some friends of ours and even made them a video on how easy they are to use.
Great product for fermented goodness

I have struggled with fermenting over the years due to leaking jar covers. This product spoke to me when I watched a few YouTube videos. Ordered up a set and began to ferment a few jars of kimchi. The lids work perfectly and clean up quickly. Mated with the pebbles fermented goodness is simple.
These are great affordable option

These are great affordable option. My favorite is still the Probiotic Jar stuff but since I am now addicted to fermenting I use these for my shorter ferments and save the expensive set ups for my longer ones.
