Amazing! It actually works.

First, let me say that I hate Glocks. I can never shoot one well unless I spend money modifying it. Never-the-less I have a Glock 43 that I have to re-acquire my grip every few shots as the pistol tries to do a forward somersault out of my hands which is strange as the bore axis is so high you would think it would go the other direction. I was about to just sell the gun but I thought I would try one of these things first as they were quite inexpensive. I also added a one round magazine extension so I could give my little finger a place to rest rather than hanging out in the air someplace. Surprise! Instant magic! I can now empty the magazine in a three inch group at 25 feet without ever having to change my grip. Pretty good for an old man that has had a bunch of broken bones and torn tendons in his hands. (I was stupid when I was younger.)
Good grip for the G42 but not so much for the G43 with the installation

I will say that this product worked well with Glock 42. It wasn't easy but I ended up putting it in a bowl of very warm water for several minutes in order to get it to stretch easier. That did the trick. The Glock 43, however, was another story all together since its grip is larger. At first, I tried the method in the installation instructions that came with the grip. That was a total failure and wasted a lot of time. After multiple attempts, I went back to try the warm water method I used for the G42. I had to heat the water on high for 3 minutes to get it warm enough so the grip, when heated, would be flexible enough to slide it on the G43 grip. I had to be very careful due to the temperature of the water but after 5-8 attempts, I was finally able to get the back of the grip on first, then stretch out the front far enough to get it over the grip. Sliding it into position was difficult and it took a while to get it in place. Once in place it fits my hand and has a good feel to it. I only gave it a three rating because of the difficult installation.
feels real good and helps with small pistol/big hand situation on the ...

It arrived today, and I had it installed in under 5 min once I abandoned the installation instructions. The fit/finish is what I expected from Hogue, feels real good and helps with small pistol/big hand situation on the G43. As far as installing, I read the one star reviews here and honestly I have no idea what those guys were doing to rip or tear the grip when putting it on. Take a cup, put two drops of dish soap in the cup, add hot water, put the thing in the hot water and let it set for couple of min. Then slip it on. Went on very easy if you start with the backstrap side first then work the front, repeat a couple of times and you are done. Again excellent product.
Great fit, good look

This fits my G43 very well. I previously had the generic Hogue Handall for subcompacts, which tended to rotate a bit while on the gun. I also had to trim the old one so that it didn't block the mag well or the mag release. The new one fits perfectly, is very comfortable in the beaver tail area, and looks much better. So far it has not rotated at all either, which I'm happy with.

Just to note, it is a bit harder than the generic one to get on your firearm, but I believe that will lead to a more solid fit in the long run. I started by sliding the back on, then putting my finger inside of the Hogue and pushing it out to the front, sliding it up. Work your way up, switching between the back and front of the grip, keeping your finger on the opposite side so it doesn't slide off. Also, trim your nails, otherwise you might bend one and hurt yourself.

Edit

I attached a photo of the old HandAll with the new one on my G43.
Great Grip.

I bought this grip for my Glock 43. I have big hands and this gun being my daily carry wepon I wanted a better grip. I already had a Hogue grip on my Glock 42 so it was the natural choice. The grip is comfortable and I feel much more confident when I grip my weapon. If you have a small frame handgun and want a more better comfortable grip this is the one.
