Doesn't keep a charge. Only works when plugged in, which won't work for me as I need it away from electrical outlets. First time I went to use it, it didn't work. I've tried charging overnight a couple of times. Still doesn't work. I see if I can return it for another or refund.

The first Mighty Bright NuFlex I got was extremely difficult to open the battery case. I could not do it. I called customer service and they sent me another one immediately with the battery cover removed. I use it for music performances so I can see my music.. I highly recommend the product and their customer service.
Battery space cover won't slide off

My stand light arrived on schedule. However, I cannot remove the cover to the battery space no matter how hard I try. I will phone the company tomorrow for help. The directions say to slide the cover off gently but nothing seems to work.
I finally called MightyBright and described my problem. To my delight they offered to send me another light with a working battery compartment cover. It arrived in two days and works great! This was excellent service and I am very pleased. The light is helpful on my music stand when I play in a symphony orchestra.
