Just as described. Takes a few minutes to figure out how to set clips, but very lightweight. Easy to remove and install. Cuts down on sun intrusion. Fits Model 3 perfectly. Can't imagine anything better. Very similar change to rear view visibility as to the sunshade that was powered and factory installed in my previous Lexus GS350.
