When I first got these, I'd slip them on, pull them up tight, and work the wrap around the wrist. It seemed like all of the padding was on the top of the hands and none on the knuckle. They didn't seem well designed. After a few uses, I learned that when you slip them on, the edges of the finger holes should be right above your knuckles. Don't slip them on all the way back.

If you leave the edge of the finger sleeves right above your knuckle, they won't interfere with your finger mobility, and a good amount of the padding will lay over your knuckles and protect them. The wrap is good, not great. I'm not sure how durable it'll be long term it does seem a bit flimsy, but it's long enough to wrap around several times and secure itself in place. It does its job, though I only practice bag work. It's a world of a difference hitting the bag without these and just the gloves, vs putting these on correctly and then the gloves on top.

The gloves feel much more snug, in place, tight, and sturdy. My wrist gets considerably more support and I don't have to spend a ton of time wrapping as I would have with actual hand wraps.

I wanted these for light punching bag use, 10-15 min at a time. They are comfortable and provide the perfect amount of padding for my knuckles. I've never ended up with cut/scraped knuckles after a workout. Very pleased with them. My kids all want their own now 😊

I've trained before and have no great need for wrist support, and I only do up the stairs very loosely--I've even considered cutting them off, but if I did want the support, they seem like they'd be effective. They wrap around my wrists 4 times and velcro securely.

Great inner wrap and I love that they are washable. The chart was helpful. My hand was close to the smaller size but after reading reviews on how the finger holes might be tight I opted to go to the next size up and have no problems at all. I love using these because it saves time instead of the traditional way of wrapping.

So much easier than typical wraps. Better protection for your knuckles. I'm a heavy weight at 225 and do bag work and personal training sessions 3 times a week. I've been using these under my 16 oz gloves for about 3 months now.

Only complaint, the index finger has a smaller hole for your finger to fit thru so your finger goes numb the first few times you use them. It's not because I have large hands it's just the way the company Stitches the glove together. My wife wears a medium and has the same issue. But once you break them in and wash them a few times they are very convenient and I would buy them again.

I do heavy bag work around 3-4 times a week and wear these under 16 oz gloves. I prefer these over traditional wraps because I can take them on and off quickly if we are doing other training exercises and they aren't needed. These make my gloves fit my hand better and provide excellent wrist support. I no longer get hurt wrists due to improper form (as I am a beginner). The padding is excellent. I ordered the XL because I have large hands. I ordered this pair and another more expensive brand and these fit better. The more expensive brand feels too tight and constricts my fingers, though they might just need to be worn in. I prefer this brand for the time being, however.
