Well-made, good fit. I love the pockets! I wish the waistband was a bit higher and that it used wide (3 inch) elastic rather than the narrower (about 1 inch) band, but this is a comfortable, flattering skort that I enjoy wearing for running and racketball, and for hot summers outdoors. I'm a size 8.

Sizing was right except I the length of the shorts is too short and the waist is too low. And I am short! I was constantly adjusting these because the waist rolled down and shorts rode up - no compression whatsoever. I originally bought them to run in but tried them out around the house first so I wasn't even really doing anything very active. I think you need zero fat for these to work IDK but they didn't work for me.

Love the look. Very cute, very light weight, fit well. Unfortunately for me the shorts did ride up...during a half marathon! My husband said it looked like bad road rash when I got home. Unless I tape my legs, I probably will wear these for your everyday gym wear, and not running.

I wear size 4-6 and ordered medium based on the sizing recommendation. Even this isn't a good fit. The shorts under are okay, but the skirt should be a more flexible fabric so that it would be a smoother fit when standing and not ride up so much when running.
