I made lasagna in them for my entire family. They are a great size but just be careful as they are not super sturdy. I used a large bread board to slide them onto when I took them out of the oven.

These pans are excellent full size catering pans and the uses are endless. This pan is sturdy and no leaks have I found in many years of almost daily use. Excellent for baking, broiling any meats etc--and also strong enough to transport the food to a party. Good quality and very reasonably priced full sized pans. I've used them for my backyard gatherings and they can hold a lot of food. Also, if you want to cover them, the standard size aluminum covers these to its exact size. If you have extra and wants to keep your food warm, double up for extra layer of insulation (you can always use the bottom clean one for next time)
