Colors not accurate

I did read all the reviews and most of them stated that the color pictured is not what you will get. I did order it anyway. It's still pretty but if you are looking for that soft turquoise color on the reverse side as pictured, that's not what you will get. It is more of a very bold teal color. It would have been awesome if it was exactly as pictured (hence the 4 stars v's 5) but it is still pretty. One cause for concern, I did wash it first and after that wash the shams has numerous loose threads by the zipper. I've included pictures so you can see the colors.

Queen size fits nicely on my bed, however If I were to buy it again I would get the King I have a great skirt that hides the box spring but a queen will cover just the top mattress and part of the box spring. a skirt makes it look perfect. The color is exactly as shown for those who have read other reviews of the color being different. the reverse is a gorgeous robins egg blue. The color is not turquoise although it has some in the print.
Really nice colors and, brightens up a room.

I like this set very much, the colors are very pretty and the stitching appears strong. The reverse side is much brighter than I expected, but it's too pretty to turn anyway, so that's not a problem. The one issue I do have is that the shams don't line up. Stripes of color/pattern appear mismatched when you look at them together on the bed because of the way the material was cut. It's not a big thing, but if you're super finicky it might be enough to drive you nuts.
UPDATE: The manufacturer sent me new shams that line up perfectly, really nice of them and I've washed this at least 3 or 4 times now, washes beautifully.

Absolutely love it & 100% satisfied! I had my eye on it for a long time but was conflicted because of the mixed reviews. The quilt I received is as pictured- great quality- very happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend going up a size from your bed size if you want it to fit like a bedspread to the floor I have a queen and I bought a king and it's just right.

The print is not as shown. It is "much" busier and except for the solid side of the quilt, there is very little teal/turquoise in the quilt. The picture is much prettier than the actual print.
