I like a lot about this brace. Most importantly, it provides excellent support for my hip flexor which has a partial tear. I hiked 4 miles with the brace on recently and felt wonderful! The only drawback is using this brace on the right leg. As others have mentioned, pulling the straps from behind and inside the right thigh to attach the velcro to the upper section is a bear! I recommend doing some yoga before trying this. Once the brace is in place, it's pretty comfortable. A bit bulky under clothing, but with loose pants, it's fine. It's definitely worth the price.

Other than being warm, I found this brace to be quite comfortable. We take three to five mile hikes quite frequently, and I find that my hip is considerably more comfortable when using this. It's not constraining in any way. I've had it slip once or twice, maybe it was just not tight enough. Enough. So I snugged it up a bit and it was fine after that. I'm glad I bought it and would definitely to suggest it to anyone experiencing issues that might be helped by it. I'm? about 5 ft. 1 in , and weigh about 155. It seems to fit pretty well, though. I suspect someone who is a bit taller would find the fit even better. It's easy to put on, and I wear it over my pants without any problems.

I am 5'8" and most back supports fit too high on my waist/back. This has an adjustable fit for either left or right hip and provides great lower back / SI support. The reason I didn't give it a 5 was because I did not like the thigh wrap, so I just cut it off and use just the back support which is what I needed most. Without the thigh wrap, I can also center it on by lower back or use on either hip. Overall, this works better than all of the more expensive wraps I have bought and is less restrictive.

The product itself is great, and helps with the sciatic nerve pain, "stability and support." However, it's not "quick to put on and easy to adjust" IF you're wearing it on the right leg, since all the Velcro seals in the back. Thus, minus 1 star for my purchase. Naturally it's great for the left leg since the Velcro closes in the front. I have an bad left shoulder, and struggle to put it on my right hip. I close the hip wrap in the front, turn it around my body to the proper position, then I have to lay on my back and lift my leg to seal the 2 Velcros. Wish they sold one for each hip, rather than one for both. Velcro does hold great, and the brace "stays in place."
