Backpack straps are not secured properly

This case seems well made and fit my son's acoustic guitar perfectly...we love the backpack straps which are nice for when he goes to his music lessons. It has a nice pocket to add his picks and other small items. Nice for the price. Would recommend.
Edited to take off stars...after a couple of months of VERY light use, the backpack straps have both torn away from the bag. Not as good of quality as I originally thought. Good thing I know how to sew. :(

Fit very snug at first but once I inserted my guitar about 4 times. And zipped it. , it stretched out and now fits perfect , totally good bag with storage

I just needed a soft case cover for my guitar, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I already have the hard case, but just wanted something light for short distance travel or to take with me while I was riding a bike. I frankly didn't expect much of it for the price, but because of the reviews were pretty good, I thought I would just try it out and it was a good choice. I also like that there are two shoulder straps instead of one like some other ones. I had a gap bag with one shoulder strap and it always ended up giving me a back ache, so I prefer two shoulder straps over one sided ones.
