Honestly, I was expecting something that I would have to hold my nose to drink. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it tastes. If you like or have ever drank any green teas, there is a similarity in the flavor, but this is much stronger and has a lemon hint to it.

Idk why so many reviews say this tastes bad. I just tried it. It tastes almost like green tea with lemon. I mixed it in room temperature water. Then added ice. NO CLUMPING. I've tried other green superfood, or wheatgrass products and THOSE taste bad. Couldn't finish them. Not sure if it will work for my colitis. But everything Dr Berg says to do, and I try has worked for me on my keto weightloss journey. I'm mostly taking this for the nutrients. But I'm hoping it helps my colitis. Only time will tell.
