This thing is awesome. I use a similar tool at work thats bigger and heavier.
This tool is used to have a vertical and horizontal lazer guide lines. In some instances the layout does not allow you to see your guideline on the ground so this creates a lazer line on both the ground and ceiling to see if whatever you are lining up is straight.
This tool is on par and is lighter and smaller. And it comes with a magnetic mount which is just awesome.
I don't know its operator error but the power button does nothing for me and the only way I can turn it on or off is using the lock / unlock switch at the bottom. No big deal it works as intended and this is half the price of one you would get at home depot.
This is great to use at work but Im going to keep this at home since its lighter to help me level some household items.

I really love this cross line laser. Every time I hang a painting up is never straight no matter how hard I try hahaha. Visual measuring just never works out so I searched for something to help me out and ran into this laser so I gave it a chance. I am so happy I bought this now I can go around my house and fix all my painting. I also want to paint some lines in the basement and this tool will help me a lot. I am not tool friendly, I barely know how to screw haha so I am glad this is easy to use. And I am glad it provides battery now these days nothing comes with batteries

Wow, it saved a lot of money and time during our kitchen cabinets installation, make it straight and easy, perfect tool, I know there are some other laser devises that are more expensive and have more features but this one is a perfect match for our needs, I deal with real estate and remodeling, and guys who actually do the installation and hard work said that this an amazing tool and they of course they didn't believe in its price. Cross line laser for 50ft, great accuracy, can be mounted, and the warranty! 24 months of warranty !

Very nice little gadget to have. The product arrived on time! It came in a little bag with batteries! Which is so convenient because I needed to use it right away without going out of my way to get additional things to make it work. The product came with 3 settings that was all useful! I like the blinking setting most because it's real helpful to have the alert when I'm off.

That is perfect for decorating my house, because I can put furniture and pictures knowing that they are straight. Is also helpful for my husband, because when he is working on the house he can tell when is straight.
The light is really solid and bright. I can see it even if there sunny outside. The item feels strong is not cheaply made.
