Bought this unit and it's work very well,unfortunately too many people have been using it and haven't been to kind to this coffee pot.I constantly have to clean it,because they neglect to really clean it and the ring on the stem is very tiny.So many users push it down when they reuse it again and again.I'm part of a 12 step group and to some it's a no brainer to be more careful. Was told it doesn't work no more,and having explain to others how to go about making coffee it definitely fell on deaf ears! So any chance I get I set it up for some of the large groups who meet throughout the week.Works great,just needs a little tender loving care!
