Arrived with broken mop head lock. The manufacturer was contacted and responded immediately. They were eager to make things right, plus provided extra mop heads, for my trouble. Always appreciate that kind of product support.
It took about a month or more, but they finally did live up to their promise to make it right. I was sure they had blown me off. They did send 2 of the parts I needed, and 2 additional mop heads. Unfortunately, I had already given up and bought a different brand of mop.
