My sister introduced me to the diced ginger game. After she gave me a small bag, I had to have more. I found myself hanging out in back alleyways trying to find some more. It was no go, so of course I came to Amazon to see what they had. This one had pretty good reviews and seemed fair priced. Boy, am I glad I picked this one. This stuff was so pleasing to the palate. I say was, because this bag was gone faster than a toupee in a hurricane. Pretty pricey, but worth it. I highly recommend.
Can’t put it in a chopper, you have to cut it with a knife.

The only thing I don't like about this product is I can't put it in my chopper, it made the ginger a blob. Instead of chopped pieces. Other than having to chop it by hand, it's a great product. Saves you a lot of money if you use it often.
