It gets nice and hot. The stirring works okay, but it's not the strongest coupling.
Only issue is that the heating doesn't actually start until the knob is 3/4 of the way up, making it hard to control.

Great Machine, I only have one desire and that would be that the heat setting had a thermostat control. It's hard to gauge the temperature, luckily i have a digital thermometer.
