The blouse is Chiffon made from 100% Polyester . I purchased this for 18.99 so the price was extremely reasonable. I looks nice on and fits as expected ( maybe a tad big) The black and small white polka dot pattern will go well with many pieces in my wardrobe. Don't know if I would order in lighter color. If you can find it on sale for under $20.00 I say go for it.

This shirt is very pretty and comfortable. Fits great and very flattering. The back is pretty long, so doesn't go with just any skirt, but still plenty of options. The length of the shirt will be very nice with leggings, pants and jeans. You can dress up or down. The blue is not as bright and vibrant as the pictures show, but it is still a great blue. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would buy more colors.

I ordered the black with white polkadots in a medium for a more relaxed fit, and it was exactly what I was expecting! The fabric has a nice feel, and it's well-made. It does have a lining so at least on the black it's not see-through. I would say because of the fabric type, the black does come off more of a dark blue shade when you wear it with black pants. Overall highly recommend!
Arrived worn, no hang tags, inside out, care tag cut out, perfume smell. Nice blouse though.

Edit: This blouse HAS BEEN WORN before! I went to wash it since I suspected it could have been, and see that the care tag has been cut out!! If I wanted a used blouse, I would go to the thrift store!! There were no 'hang tags' on it either!
This black blouse arrived inside out, wrinkled, and smelled of perfume. While it was, at least, tried in before me, it was someone's return that was not checked over.
Despite this, it is a nice blouse.
I am 6' tall, and ordered a Large. I have long arms and the sleeves could not be any shorter or I would return it. Another 1/2"-1" longer sleeves and we tall gals would order many!
I am ordered another in a different color to see how the sleeves fit and if it was someone's return.
